I’ve been doing a lot of reevaluating lately, and it has come to my notice that people are not thanked enough for the little things. It is unbelievable how someone’s day can be brightened up by something as simple as a “Good Job!” or “You look really nice.”
I instant messaged Devin to thank him for being such a kind person to one of my closest friends, Ann Wolf. And it shows a prime example of how just saying, “Hey thanks” even about the things that come naturally to a person can help.
I would have never gotten to know Emily Kellam, if those boys in my elementary after school program didn’t point her out for sitting by herself. The most effortless greeting, created the most meaningful friendship.
I believe that if people had to walk around blind just for one day, then they could possibly OPEN THEIR EYES to what (in actuality) is the most important trait about a person. Instead of going off of what they look like or decide to wear.
With three months left of highschool I’m afraid that these such discoveries have come a bit to late.
I hope some smart ass comes along and reads this, and thinks “What bullshit”, because of the wonderful people I’ve spoken of, (and countless others that I haven’t named) I’m not afraid to speak out for myself.
You can only see as far as you can think, and for that matter if one person at a time broadens his or her thoughts the world could be a much more kind place.
I think I may like to do something with humanities when I go to college. At least then I could offer a voice to those who have no audible one. Everyone deserves to be heard. |

Senior exit is over (yay), christmas has past (boo!), and my ear hurts like a bitch.
I'm prety sure I have an ear infection, but I can't go to the doctor to find out until it's convient for my Mom. She doesn't have a ear leaking a distuging fluid, and a resulting migrane.
It's not like my Dad is home all day, and couldn't take me.
Word on the streets is that I'm going to throw a bitch fit when my Mother gets home. If my head doesn't explode by then.

Oi, I haven't posted in forever. I've had quite a bit going on my life. Nick and I broke up (again). He's not talking to me, but he's happy so whatever. I never intended either of us to get hurt like this, but at the same time he shouldn't have asked me what was wrong, if he wasn't intending on listening. But what confuses me about the whole thing is why he shoved me. I'm going to eviscerate that bitch. I really don't think he's aware of what he's done. I just finnished working at the Carolina Rennisance Festival, depending on where I go to college I may work there again (You must be hunting treasure, because you’re staring at my chest. I'm going to miss it sooo much, thank you to everyone there who made this season amazing. Getting ready for college aplications, and taking the SATS is also really time consuming. The rest of the time i'm either doing school work or sleeping (because I don't get nearly enough). As it stands I need to spend a lot of Thanksgiving break working on Senior exit, that is when I'm not stuck babysitting the little ones.
Unsurprisingly I’m ignorantly happy. I mean, I don't really have any reason not to be.
I wish I was friends with Leonardo Da Vinci.
As it stands right now, my top two college choices are Univesity of North Carolina Wilmington and Costal Carolina. I really want to major in Marine Biology, but it's a really selective feild. (Plus I look like walking hell in a Bathing suit.) I just find the ocean extremely interesting. So long and thanks for all the fish.... |

I just got home from living at Sam's for a while, which was really nice. Much fun was had. And on Saturday afternoon I'm leaving for Chicago. My Mom wants to show me where she grew up.

Today is Emily's graduation. I'm really happy for her, but it seems so weird know that i won't see her everyday. And i know i'm going to miss that so much. I guess i'm just over emotional, but i can't help but feel like a peice of me is leaving with her. I can't imagine how it must be for Ann.
Summer is finally here and it feels fantastical.

So Ann's party was basically amazing, and I am pretty much exhausted.
School is going to be over soon, which will be a huge stress reducer, but it will also be reall sad. When this school year ends it seems like I will never see some of my senior friends again. I've known Emily for at least nine years, and now all of a sudden she won't be there everyday. I know already I'm going to miss her soooooooooo much.
High school seems like one of the hardest things i've ever had to do. |

So this weekend has been the break I needed. I did absolutely nothing for a change (I know how that sounds, but I really just needed some time to rest), on saturday at least.
Today Ann came over and helped with me my Algebra as usual (which means we didn't do that much. I did work on my extra credit, and started some apes though). Then my nephew came over at five, we're watching him for a while.It's amazing the innocence kids have, for instance, right now Ann and Nick are playing shadow,they're on one player, but Nick thinks they're playing two player because there are two charecters on screen. Little kids shoul not be denied their youth. At dinner I let him, blow bubbles in the milk until the cup overflowed, his Mom never lets him do things like that, which is shit.
I'm headed off to read the story for english, The Mysterious Stranger or something. It's actually pretty good. |

This past weekend turned out pretty good. Although I really didn’t have much time to sleep, and I think I may be getting sick. Oi…..
Higlights
-Swinging on swings, dark closets, tiki gods, xenophiles, and sitting around a makeshift bonfire A.K.A Ark’s party
-Unity of the Arts festival, spent most of the day with Maggi and Lil’ A, which consisted of temporary tattoos, lots of paint, Mr. Joyce’s band, theatre games, NACHO CHEESE, getting pied in the face.

Thurday -
1st period - Worked on the Literary magizine in CW. Some of the entries are really awesome (Props to Devin's poem, The Highway by Ali Vadney, Everly after Happyby Maggi Grooms, and Rian's sestina)
3rd period - Playee a game in history to simulate the Red Scare. Simplified it went like this - There where slips of paper for everyone in the class, five slips said the word dot. The object of the game was to try and infiltrate a group of non-dot people. I was one of the people who got a dot paper, and managed to sucessfully infiltrate a group of seven.
5th peroid - Algebra was boring as usual, until we got randomly searched. I had nothing on me, expect my cd player, which was stashed in my lunchbox. Then they searched Jules, and of course he had stuff on him. Hapiness was had.
7th period - Finnished The Crucible with Ms. Chancey. The ending really pissed me off, i wanted to punch Abigal right in the FACE.
Friday
2nd period - Glazed my octupus cup in Ceramics. No one was there, which made for a nice quite class
4th period - Apes, was fun as usaul. I did suprisingly well on my essay. but i still need to work on objectives
6th period - WAE, did skits making fun of stuff, and how to solve specific problems
8th period - Played that Survivor game again. I didn't get voted off so quickly this time.
Got home worked on some homework, went to get my eyebrows done, and bought some really nice smelling perfume.
Saturday
Wento to Carowinds with Sam and Ark, made crude jokes, kissed in the rain, and discovered how much I really wnat to kill his ex-girlfriend.
I may elaborate later, right now. Sleep. |
